A focused Fevezo venture
Built to make one operational decision clearer.
BidRubric is a pilot-stage federal opportunity intelligence product for small and mid-sized contractors. It turns a structured capability profile into ranked opportunity briefs with matched criteria, failed criteria, exclusions, source links, and review prompts. It is designed to reduce time spent opening obviously poor-fit solicitations—not to predict awards, write proposals, or replace review of official sources.
Why this exists
BidRubric helps small and mid-sized federal contractors decide which opportunities deserve careful human attention. The product starts with a structured contractor profile: capabilities, NAICS and PSC codes, set-aside eligibility, geographic reach, contract-size range, past-performance boundaries, exclusions, and explicit bid/no-bid rules. It then evaluates supported official opportunity records and solicitation material, producing a ranked brief that explains what matched, what did not, what remains uncertain, and where the source evidence appears.
How Fevezo relates
BidRubric is an officially adopted customer-facing venture in the Fevezo portfolio. Its product identity leads. The quiet Fevezo endorsement signals a shared standard of evidence, restraint, accessibility, security, and operational credibility; it does not turn the five ventures into one confusing customer product.
The Virginia fictitious name BidRubric is effective under Fevezo LLC as of 2026-08-26. Contracts, invoices, and approved legal pages may use “Fevezo LLC d/b/a BidRubric.” This verified legal display does not itself imply public activation, product availability, trademark registration, or comprehensive legal clearance.
Operating model
Qualification, proof, standard terms, onboarding, routine support, cancellation, export, and deletion are designed as a fully self-service path with no required sales, discovery, implementation, or onboarding meeting.
Current stage
Self-service eligibility is being validated; no production account is offered yet. Claims about coverage, accuracy, security, savings, uptime, or customer outcomes will be added only after evidence supports them.
